At Masood Lab, we are at the forefront of single-cell RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics research in gastrointestinal (GI) cancers. Our cutting-edge technologies allow us to delve deep into the intricacies of GI tumors and their ecosystems at both the single-cell and spatial context, with the ultimate goal of developing clinically relevant biomarkers and identifying therapeutic opportunities.
